• How do I manage my domain name?
To make any changes associated with your domain name, enter your username and password to login to your Account Manager.  If you forgot the account information, please click here.

• What can I do in my Account Manager?
These are the functions available in My Account Manager: edit administrative contact, billing contact, technical contact, modify DNS information, activate URL forwarding, setup email forwarding, initiate registrar transfer, and register a new domain name.

• Is there a charge for updating my domain information?
No. There is absolutely no charge for making modifications in your Account Manager.

• I forgot my username/password, what should I do?
Please click here to retrieve your username and password.

• Can I change my username?
No. The username is unique. It can not be changed.

• Is there online help for my Account Manager?
You can access the Account Manager online help by clicking here. If you did not find the answer to your question, you can submit your inquiry through the Account Manager Question Submission form. We will reply within 24 hours.
