of a notary public. All letters must be
notarized or, outside the U.S.A., notarized,
certified, legalized or otherwise properly
verified, in the manner legally acceptable under
local law, to be from the owner of the domain
name.

attach, on a separate piece of paper, with this
application a signed photocopy of a valid photo
ID. ID must be national, state or local
government-issued, such as a valid driver's
license, passport, or military ID. The
information on the ID must match the contact
information.
